BBFC beat Cruz Azul FC 2-0 in Season opener!

Bridge Boys FC defeated Cruz Azul FC in their first official season opening game to grab all three points in this seasons SISS League. The game which was played at the Broadway sports complex kicked off by 9AM on a sunny but brisk sunday morning. Danny scored both goals for BBFC, the first coming off a header from a cross from the left flank.

The game also saw the rare appearance of veterans Papa and Nkem (Igwe) both of whom started and gave very impressive performances! Dare sustained a thigh injury midway into the second half. Danjuma (a Nigeria U17 international), Prince and Stephon all came in as subs in the second half.
